Silver Solar Fossey Handpan, D Kurd 12-Note | 440 or 432Hz

Elevate your musical journey and mindfulness practice with the Silver Solar 12-Note Stainless Steel Handpan, individually sculpted by Fossey Handpans. Showcasing a spectacular, custom-hammered sunburst profile, every single drum is built entirely from scratch upon order and precisely calibrated to your choice of either the universal 440Hz concert pitch or the deeply grounding 432Hz sound therapy frequency.

Spanning 22 inches (55 cm) in diameter, this master-tier steel instrument boasts a high-luster, mirror-polished silver exterior etched with organic solar textures. Forged from premium 1.1 mm thick acoustic steel, it provides exceptional elemental protection, an ultra-long blooming sustain, and a highly responsive, clean strike—making it the ultimate choice for holistic sound baths, yoga sessions, acoustic street performances, and studio recording.

⚠️ SELECTING YOUR PITCH: Simply choose your preferred tuning (440Hz vs 432Hz) from the drop-down variations menu, or leave a note in the Personalisation box when adding to your cart!
🎵 Understanding Your Tuning Choices
• 440Hz Version (Concert Pitch): The standard frequency of modern music. Ideal if you plan to jam alongside guitars, keyboards, flutes, or layer your loops with digital studio tracks.
• 432Hz Version (Natural Resonance): A warmer, slightly rounder tone favored worldwide by meditation guides and energy healers for its calming, therapeutic impact on the mind and body.
🎶 The Magic of the Upgraded 12-Note Layout
If you've felt restricted by standard 9-note steel drums, this expanded 12-note framework introduces an entirely new landscape of creative potential:
• Unrestricted Composition: Access a much broader melodic scale, allowing you to fluidly shift between uplifting acoustic soundscapes and hauntingly beautiful minor movements.
• Layered Chord Structures: Weave complex note patterns and intricate harmonies that are physically impossible to achieve on smaller 9 or 10-note layouts.
• Play Completely by Feeling: The geometric note placement is entirely intuitive. You don’t need to read music notation or understand theory—simply strike the steel and let your intuition guide the melody.
• Flawless Voice Separation: Engineered specifically for live performers, ensuring every individual note rings out with pristine isolation and absolute dynamic sensitivity.
