Good contact with the seller before the order was placed. The handpan was very well packaged upon arrival. Bought a good 14-tone handpan for this price, I am happy with it!!

There’s a difference between a factory-made hand pan and a handcrafted hand pan. The Fossey handcrafted hand pan has beautiful, rich tones. I wish I could get another hand pan in another scale. We are pleased with the purchase!

I have wanted a hand pan for a long time and became disabled this year so finally took the plunge as this girl needs something to do and it does not disappoint. It’s so beautiful and sounds amazing. Now I have to stop myself from rushing to buy a second, I might have to as my teens keep coming to have a go. Anyway I highly recommend this store!

I've only had the pan for a day, but I'm really impressed with the quality. As a total beginner, I can't say much about how to play it, but it sounds great to me and I’m excited to learn. The service and delivery were excellent; John was easy to reach, super responsive, and kept me updated through the whole process. It arrived right on time, and I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

What an absolutely stunning piece this is both aesthetically and musically. John went to such a lot of trouble on my behalf to get it to me, for which I am so grateful. I cannot recommend this shop more highly.

I am so delighted by this Handpan. It is my first one, although I've had a longing in my soul for one for a number of years. The beautiful design really made it special for me, and I am so happy I bought this baby! It is a stunning piece that draws immediate attention from everyone who comes into my living room. What is so fun is that everyone can make harmonious sounds with it so easily, with no prior experience! So it's a great community-builder, especially with kids. My teenage son and I both stop to play it regularly, and have found the sound and vibrations to be resonant and full. Learning the chords and a few basic rhythms on YouTube and practicing has brought us incredible access to a flow state. Playing this instrument is a meditation. Highly recommend!

John is a gifted craftsman and musician who created and tuned a phenomenal handpan drum which thrilled my adult child who is a musician. John is also a timely and articulate communicator.

I am in love with the sound of my new 432 handpan! It's gorgeous as well!! I did so much research before buying and carefully chose this business based on quality, reviews, and price point I could afford. I just had a good feel for this site. I have to mention I purchased one of those $200 handpans off of Amazon and it was a complete disappointment which I kind of expected but at the time it was all I thought I could afford. I returned it and bided my time and then these beauties crossed my path and I knew I had found my first handpan! Thank you for making affordable handpans for us beginners!

It’s beautiful & amazing! My only disappointment is it not nearly as bright blue as the picture makes it seem. It is definitely more of a shiny navy blue color and I bought this one specifically because the color looked really bright & popping in the photo. But ce la vie, it’s still a magical instrument.

I sent this as a birthday gift to a very dear friend, and was able to be there when she opened the box. The handpan is BEAUTIFUL, and sounds absolutely amazing! I can definitely see the quality and detail that went into crafting this beautiful instrument. John was great to work with, and prompt in communications during the process. Shipping to the U.S. from the U.K. added a little time, but if you factor that in, I think you’ll be more than pleased with your purchase! 😊
