Why Choose the 10-Note D Kurd Scale?

Unlike standard 8 or 9-note models, our expanded 10-note configuration offers:

• Expanded Melodic Range: Play a wider variety of songs, from calming meditative melodies to complex ambient compositions.

• Intuitive Playability: The notes are arranged symmetrically, making it incredibly easy for beginners to play without any prior musical background.

• Versatile Vibrational Frequency: The ultimate scale for creative improvisation, live performances, and deep sound therapy.

Premium Craftsmanship & Technical Specs
• 100% Expertly Hand-Tuned: Every single Fossey Handpan is meticulously shaped, hammered, and refined by hand to guarantee perfect harmonics and a rich, singing sustain.

• 1.1 mm Premium Stainless Steel: Highly resistant to rust, moisture, and corrosion in all climates. Stainless steel provides a bright, crisp attack with exceptionally warm overtones.

• Instrument Dimensions: 22-inch (55 cm) diameter—the industry standard size for comfortable lap playing.

Ideal for Sound Healing, Yoga & Meditation
• Sound Bath Instrument: A must-have tool for yoga teachers, meditation coaches, massage therapists, and holistic healers

• Anxiety & Stress Relief: The soft, organic acoustic vibrations invite instant presence, mindfulness, and intentional breathing into your daily practice.

• Harmonic Perfection: Because the scale is perfectly tuned to itself, you literally cannot play a "wrong" note. Every strike creates instant harmony.
